Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is typically 2–4 business days, though delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to limited ingredient availability.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Multiple shipping options are available at checkout. Rates are calculated based on order weight, shipping method, and destination. Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.

3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of control, such as postal delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

4. Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once an order has shipped. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear in the system.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Orders are shipped only to valid addresses provided at checkout. Responsibility for incorrect or incomplete shipping details lies with the customer. Some locations may have restrictions on shipping skincare products; it is the responsibility of the customer to review local regulations before ordering.

6. Damaged or Melted Products

If an item arrives damaged or melted due to transit conditions, customers may submit a photo of the product to request a replacement. Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Delays at customs are outside of control.
