I take pride in creating high-quality, natural body butters and face care products. Because my products are made with pure, organic ingredients, they may occasionally soften or melt during shipping—especially in warmer weather.
If your product arrives melted or with a texture that isn’t a smooth, creamy consistency, I’m happy to make it right.
Here’s how it works:
1. Take a clear photo of the melted or damaged product as soon as you receive it.
2. Email the photo and your order number to [your email address] within 7 days of delivery.
3. Once confirmed, Elkay Beauty will send you a brand new replacement free of charge.
Please note: Refunds are not offered. Replacements are only provided for products that arrive melted, damaged, or with altered texture.
